Tesla Roadster REVIEW IN CANADA
The Tesla Roadster is an all-electric sports car that Tesla plans to mass produce in the near future. The first iteration of this vehicle was introduced in 2008 and discontinued just four years later, but still drew a large interest from consumers who wanted to ride without gas or emissions coming out of their tailpipe. The newly redesigned version, which will come out for sale in 2023, has potentials for being one of the most environmentally conscious cars yet.
ENGINE AND PERFORMANCE

Tesla claims that their newest car comes with a battery storage capacity of 200 kWh, which is twice what other Tesla models can store. This tells us the latest model batteries are made from state-of-the-art cells and have an energy density higher than ever before – all crucial for power delivery to maintain peak performance in every way possible.
EXTERIOR DESIGN
Hands down, this is the most sleek and modern looking cars you’ll ever see. Not only does it look aesthetically pleasing, but it looks sturdy and durable. There are no side mirrors or door handles. It also has an iconic low stance and sleek lines that make it seem like every curve was precisely calculated to be aerodynamic, while still maintaining room for four inside.
INTERIOR
From the interior of the Tesla Roadster, the minimalist design and the presence of 2+2 seats stands out. The back row seats are best suited for children as there’s no enough room for adults due to the angle of the roof. It is also interesting to see how the door opening system will work as the prototypes don’t show conventional door handles.
1st Generation Tesla Roadster
That first Tesla Roadster was nothing more than an electric car developed based off of the Lotus Elise, where the gasoline powertrain has been replaced by electric battery. Tesla made 2,450 units of this first model of the Roadster with 300 kilometers of autonomy.
